These training plans, put together by head coach Julia Matheson, will give you a great start for triathlon and marathon.
The triathlon plans are based on the number of hours you can put into training each week.
The marathon plan is a 14 week programme of four training sessions a week and it assumes you are building on a base of three sessions a week already.
